It can deal with the noise in a comprehensive way within an effective time, so as to avoid various noise problems affecting the normal operation of the equipment. Although the wind cooler in the process of daily use, more or less will produce subtle noise problems, but are within the acceptable range. If the noise range of the wind cooler is constantly expanding, it means that there is a fault in the air cooled chiller, which needs to be fully tested.
Generally, after companies have used air-cooled chillers for a long time, they are prone to various failures due to lack of necessary maintenance and maintenance. Faced with the occurrence of failures, companies need to conduct detailed inspections of the operating conditions of various parts of the equipment in time. For refrigeration systems, electrical systems, wind systems, and water systems, they need to conduct key inspections to determine whether their operations are normal. Check the air-cooled chiller's refrigeration system for cracks, damage, frost and condensation, etc.; whether there is friction between the air-cooled chiller's refrigeration pipelines, pipelines and shells, etc. Especially in the welding place of the refrigerant pipeline, whether there is leakage at the joint of the air-cooled chiller, where there will be oil stains, you can also use a clean soft cloth or soft paper to scrub the joints of the pipeline welds and the joints. No oil, to judge whether there is leakage.
2. Electrical system
Check whether the fuse of the electrical system of the air-cooled chiller is blown, whether the insulation of the electrical wire is intact, whether the circuit board is cracked, whether the connection is loose, etc. Especially if the electrical connection is excellent in touch, the wiring screws and connectors are easy to loose and cause poor touch.
3 .ventilation system
Check whether the air filter, heat exchanger coil and fins of the air-cooled chiller are too dusty; whether the air inlet and outlet are dredged; whether the fan and fan blades work normally; whether the wind power is normal, Is the water system normal?
4 .water system
Check whether the water system of the air-cooled chiller is leaking; whether the water inlet and outlet are dredged; whether the water pump works normally. Listen to the power on and listen to whether the compressor working sound of the air-cooled chiller is normal, whether there is any abnormal sound, whether there is noise in the operation of the electric fan and the water pump, and whether the noise is too loud, etc. When the air-cooled chiller is working, the vibration is slight and the noise is small under normal conditions.
In addition to testing the various systems above, touching the relevant parts of the air-cooled chiller to feel the conditions such as cold and heat, vibration, etc., is also helpful to judge the nature and location of the fault. Under normal conditions, the temperature of the condenser gradually decreases from top to bottom, and the temperature of the lower part is slightly higher than the ambient temperature. If all the condensers are not hot or the upper part is slightly warm, or although the temperature is hot but there is a significant difference in the temperature of the two adjacent pipes, it is abnormal. The evaporator will feel cold and sticky if you put a finger dipped in water on the surface of the evaporator under normal conditions. The capillary tube at the dryer and the outlet should have a warm feeling under normal conditions, such as feeling lower than the ambient temperature or dew condensation on the surface and temperature difference in each section of the capillary tube are abnormal.
